Terms of stay
Hello, guests of Tyumen! We have put a lot of effort into making you feel at home living in our cozy apartments. Please read our rules carefully in order to avoid unpleasant situations.

| Booking cancellation |
Let us know no later than 24 hours before arrival, we will try to resolve this issue. |
| Required documents |
To conclude a contract, we will ask you for an identity card (passport). Minors can only be accommodated if accompanied by an adult. |
| Holidays and events |
Our apartments are designed for living only. It is forbidden to celebrate holidays and hold events. |
| Pets |
We love pets very much, but unfortunately, they can spoil interior items, as well as the duration of cleaning increases, so we will take an additional payment for the pet and a deposit. The amount of the surcharge depends on the size of the pet, please specify when booking, the deposit for the pet is 2,000 rubles. |
| Eviction |
The deposit is fully refunded provided: - safety of property - return of keys - washed dishes - removed bulky garbage. In case of loss or damage to property, it is necessary to reimburse its full value. |
Сancellation policy
- It is forbidden to leave strangers in the apartment in your absence and give them the keys. - You can't use pyrotechnics. - The property of the apartments must be kept clean and tidy. - It is forbidden to make noise and listen to music loudly, disturbing the peace of the neighbors.
